DELIVERY
Items purchased with Express Delivery will be dispatched same day via courier to arrive next working day. All items purchased before 2.30 PM Monday – Friday are dispatched same day. Although we do not guarantee it, most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4.30pm. We offer Special Delivery by 1pm, Saturday and Sunday delivery as well. Items with free delivery will be dispatched same day with Royal Mail 2nd Class standard postage unless opted out for 1st class delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery dates depend on Royal Mail and not us.If for any reason we are unable to dispatch the item, we will contact you straight away. If you would like to collect any item, then please contact us prior to arrange an appropriate time. We recommend all gas spare parts should be fitted by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be made within 30 days as per Ebay policy. Important: Please include a copy of the receipt and a brief note of reason for return inside the package along with your contact details. We offer delivery to UK, EU and when possible, rest of the world.

WRONGLY SENT ITEMS
We offer a full refund to the customer, please include a copy of the receipt and a brief reason of return inside the package.
FAULTY ITEMS
We reserve the right to have any alleged faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement. The manufacturer may require a qualified gas safe registered engineer’s report before issuing a refund. Please do not tamper with the product otherwise we reserve the right to not replace or refund for the item.
WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS
Wrongly purchased items must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay and handling fees). All Returns must be unused and returned with their original packaging. We do not accept any not required / wrongly purchased electrical items back (including printed circuit boards).
Returns Policy
Customers need to contact National Boiler Spares and get consent prior to returning any product.
Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date.
Refunds for returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee at all times. This is to cover shipping and administration fees.
The parts must be returned in original condition and packaging any labels so that the return item is fit for resale.
We always try to help our customers but when a product is returned later than the allowed period or packaging being opened or being damaged, after examining condition of returned items, we may refuse to replace the part or fully refund for it.
Refurbished Parts
We are proud of the quality of our refurbished parts and they come with 12 months replacement warranty. Your receipt will be the proof of warranty and please keep them somewhere safe.
Cancellations
Any cancellations prior to dispatch by National Boiler Spares or the customer will be accepted and full refund will be issued.
For cancellation of any orders after the item(s) being dispatched, returns policy conditions apply.

Depending on the customer’s choice during checkout the products will be delivered either by courier service or Royal Mail first class post. Purchases made after 1 pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, although most of the time we are able to dispatch until 4pm. Royal Mail deliveries usually take from 1-3 days and delivery times depend on them. Please select courier service during checkout if you need the part urgently and this will be a next day delivery.
We send full boilers and delivery charge will be £50.00. Please contact us if you need boilers.
We are able to send parcels for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please contact us if you need the part over the weekend.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver worldwide with international carriers. If for any reason we are unable to deliver to a specific country, we will contact the customer after the sale.
For UK deliveries:
Please keep in mind that the prices for certain locations, including Isle of Man, Scilly Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland differ from £15.00 to £25.00 and sent via courier service. The cost will be calculated depending of the delivery address.
For EU destinations:
Your parcel will be sent with DPD Local and tracking information will be sent on request.
Rest of the world:
Depending on your location, your parcel may be tracked to your door or can only be tracked until it has left the UK. We do not take any responsibility after the parcel has left the UK in these instances.
